If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help. Because orders are Cash on Delivery, no online payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Returns & refunds policy

Content pending — to be provided by UltraMade Jordan: The full returns policy must be provided and approved before publishing — including the return window (number of days), eligibility conditions (e.g. unopened/sealed supplements), items that cannot be returned for health/safety reasons, who pays return delivery, the refund method and timeframe, and the process for damaged or incorrect items. We must not publish return or refund terms that have not been approved by UltraMade Jordan.
