What we collect

To fulfil a Cash-on-Delivery order we collect the details you enter at checkout: your name, mobile number, optional email, governorate, city/area, address, and any delivery notes. We do not ask for or store card details.

How we use it

Your details are used only to process, deliver, and provide support for your order. Your contact and address are shared with our delivery courier solely to complete delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Your cart

Items you add to your cart are stored in your own browser so your basket persists between visits. Checkout details you type are kept in the page only while you are completing your order and are sent to us only when you place the order.

WhatsApp inquiries

If you choose the WhatsApp support option, a prefilled message is opened in WhatsApp with the details you entered so you can review and send it. Sending it is your choice, and the conversation is handled through WhatsApp under their terms.

Order confirmation

Your order confirmation page is reachable only through a private one-time link generated when you order. An order number alone cannot be used to view an order's details.
